December Crochet Socks

Another year comes to an end and just in time I have finished the last pair of the Year of the Sock crochet challenge - the December Socks. I have to say, this is my favourite pair of socks. Why? Because they have a story to tell with all the different yarns, and after months of sock-making there was plenty of yarn left over (and there's still some left!). These socks were also quite easy and quick to make - or maybe I say this now after going through the initial sock crocheting hurdles. I went with a simple top down, double crochet throughout pattern and multi-coloured stripes. For the first sock I chose to do a random color sequence and with the second I planned the sequence. I love how they both turned out. Which do you like more?
