Easter Owl

Happy Easter!

This project idea, like others before, came to me in a dream, because, why shouldn’t an owl also be an Easter egg? I thought it would be fun to decorate the owl’s belly the way I’ve decorated Easter eggs and cookies in the past.

Easter Owl Crochet - Pops de Milk

Materials

-worsted weight yarn in colours of choice, I’m using:

-size 3.00mm, 3.50mm, and 3.75mm crochet hooks

-polyester fiberfill for stuffing

-black buttons for eyes or safety eyes

-needle and thread for sewing eyes

-yarn needle

Stitches (American terms)

ch – chain

sc – single crochet

inc – increase (2 sts in same st)

dec – decrease (ie. sc2tog)

work even – complete round/row without inc/dec

Space(s) – sp(s)

Notes – *Be sure to read before starting*

Pattern is worked in continuous Rounds, do not join or turn at end of round and do not ch at beginning of round. Use a stitch marker to keep track of beginning/end of rounds. Instructions in brackets [ ] are completed the number of times indicated in that round. If there are any errors or the pattern needs clarification please email me at popsdemilk@gmail.com
